Located on the Calvert Memorial Hospital campus, the Calvert County Nursing Center recently affiliated with Asbury Communities, a non-profit aging services organization with a 90-year history of providing continuing care retirement and health services to older adults. Asbury Solomons continuing care retirement community, located in Solomons, Md., is a member of the Asbury family.
Calvert County Nursing Center’s Restorative Nursing Program is designed to maintain and improve Activities of Daily Living and quality of life for residents.
Individual baseline goals are established for every resident upon admission to the Center by the resident and their care management team. If a resident falls below established goals, the Restorative Nursing Program is implemented to get them back on track as quickly as possible.
